The objective of this reflective report is to develop and establish an appreciation and understanding of entrepreneurship and the key characteristics of entrepreneurs. Your reflection on and analysis of entrepreneurship and these characteristics, as they apply to theory and practice, should provide useful insights related to your learning of entrepreneurship and how this relates to yourself and the world of business in particular.

- Analyseone ‘real world’ New Zealand example as to how entrepreneurship theory applies to a case study of a New Zealand entrepreneur/entrepreneurship that you have accessed. Include in the analysis a demonstration as to how it relates and applies to one macro and one micro ‘schools of thought’ of entrepreneurship from your selected case study (macro analysis: 10 marks; micro analysis; 10 marks).
